I can’t BELIEVE I couldn’t remember his name–I could only remember a powerful bit of artwork he did depicting a slave rebellion…his name is Chevelin Pierre, a Haitian illustrator, and if you want a REAL treat, go to his Facebook “Chevelin Illustration” and take an hour to look through the illustrative stories he creates. I became hooked last year. He also is at chevelin-pierre.cgsociety.org, and has some black fantasy type artwork there. Hope this helps 💜
